Our Actions
We performed thorough review of existing SME underwriting process to determine current performance and bottle-necks followed by design of modern, digitized and data driven SME underwriting process.
Once the new process was designed, we prepared business requirements for the system support changes needed to roll-out the new process, selected appropriate technology vendor to cover implementation and executed series of pilots to confirm performance of the new set-up.
Project Result
The new, digital SME underwriting process resulted in significant reduction of Time to Yes (TTY) and Time to Cash (TTC), reduction of reworks between sales agents and back office, and income increase.
