The Centre’s vision is to become the go-to team for all things digital, mostly in Credit Risk, CRM, Operations, and AI Governance. In doing so, we aim to help our customers, mostly large organizations, realize the full potential of digitalization and AI/ML.
He or she will help assess the digital maturity and shape of what technology organizations will leverage to improve their business processes, operations, and overall performance.
A digital transformation consultant is a professional who helps organizations in adapting to the rapidly changing digital landscape, enhancing their competitiveness, and achieving their strategic objectives.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Participation in comprehensive assessment of the organization's existing processes, technology infrastructure, and digital capabilities.
- Help identify areas within the organization where digital technologies and practices can drive efficiency, improve customer experiences, and increase competitiveness.
- Research, evaluation, and recommendation of appropriate digital tools and technologies that best fit the organization's needs and goals.
- Data analysis to provide actionable insights for data-driven decision-making, supporting the organization's goals.
- Contribution to the design of clear digital transformation strategy that aligns with organization business objectives and long-term vision.
- Delivery of the Digital Transformation projects for our clients.
- Trainings and knowledge transfer to ensure that organization can effectively use new digital tools and technologies.
- Research, evaluate and recommend digital tools and technologies ABC should focus on including certification.
- Support for competency leader to manage mission and vision of Digitalization Competency Centre.

Be ready to travel
Advantageous to have, but not necessary:
Previous knowledge of business process modeling
Familiarity with AI/ML Governance practises
Certification/knowledge of digital or fintech platforms (e.g. Bloomreach Engagement, Mambu)
